The Personality and Effectiveness Workshop can be held in-person or virtually through our purpose built SkillsPilot platform, and typically runs as a half-day/3½-hours. Registration is straightforward and supported by our team, with the assessments provided in advance. Bookings are flexible by cohort or organisation.
This 3½hour, Team Personality & Effectiveness Workshop is designed to help teams pragmatically tap into tools and approaches to identify specific individual and group take-away actions that will increase effectiveness and results. This is a highly interactive facilitated session delivered by a very experienced consultant with significant corporate experience.

Set-up: Prior to the masterclass, participants individually complete Hogan Personality Assessments designed to surface individual strengths and values.
Workshop: The Personality and Effectiveness Masterclass itself is half-day/3.5 hours. Designed to immerse participants in practical and interactive learning and guided by expert facilitators. Group sessions and individual feedback provide practical frameworks for understanding everyday behaviours, emotional responses, and potential triggers.
Next Steps: Typically team members individually reflect on the natural key strengths surfaced from the workshop, play to these team strengths and what's collectively important as well as mitigate for nay surfaced blind spots. Often such insight triggers more effective communication and work assignment.
