What is Hogan Advanced Feedback?

Hogan Advanced Feedback is an internationally recognised one-day accredited training programme for Hogan Certified practitioners.  The course teaches more extensive feedback techniques and provides practice feedback sessions. 

Typical attendees often include Hogan Certified: HR, executive and leadership coaches, organisational psychologists and development consultants.

You Will Learn To:

  • Deliver impactful feedback.

  • Connect Hogan Assessment results to a person's role context.

  • Troubleshoot common issues such as resistance to feedback.

  • Plan developmental actions.

Course Outcomes:

On successful completion, you will be personally registered with Hogan Assessments as an advanced practitioner in delivering Hogan Feedback.

Rob gained global corporate experience across various sectors including Colt Technology Services, Avis, United Health Group, and Data Analytics. Working at group level provided significant multicultural leadership experience that influenced Leadership Development initiatives and learning focus.

Amanda Wilmot

Amanda brings proven corporate credibility and hands-on expertise delivering People, Performance and Culture assessments. Her Master’s in Research Psychology, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Education, underpins an evidence-based approach, enriched by early volunteering with the SA Depression and Anxiety Group, where she cultivated empathy and a human-centred design ethos. Amanda is also a certified Executive Coach to ILM Level 7.
