Official Leadership Versatility Index Certification. As an LVI Authorised Distributor, we ensure your certification is registered with Kaiser Leadership Solutions, Publisher of the LVI tool.
The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) Certification is a focused, 3½ hour facilitated workshop, delivered virtual or in-person at your office. This course covers the administration and interpretation of the LVI 360 report and includes your completion of a self-report to gain experience of completing the questionnaire. You will have the opportunity to review an actual report and discuss potential insights, their relevance to the Leader's role, and key activities to
"do more of", "do less of", or "keep-doing" that align with goals.
It is followed-up with a personal 1:1 virtual meeting with our consultant when you have purchased a survey and are ready to interpret and provide feedback on results for the first time. This is designed to asnwer any questions you may have and discuss your approach to the feedback session.
Following this, APS will officially register you with Kaiser and send you an official certifcate of completion.

On successful completion, you will have the ability to accurately interpret the Leadership Versatility Index reports and rater patterns, diagnose overused and underused skills across self and others. As well as helping leaders balance competing demands of strategic, operational and people priorities.
