APS Hogan Refresher is a three-hour facilitated webinar for Hogan-certified practitioners. The course is designed to quickly bring certified professionals back up to speed and restore confidence after a certification gap, a period of inactivity, or an extended absence from using the tools.

Rob holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management in addition to a Degree in Education and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. Rob gained global corporate experience across various sectors including Colt Technology Services, Avis, United Health Group, and Data Analytics. Working at group level provided significant multicultural leadership experience that influenced Leadership Development initiatives and learning focus.
Amanda brings proven corporate credibility and hands-on expertise delivering People, Performance and Culture assessments. Her Master’s in Research Psychology, alongside dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Education, underpins an evidence-based approach, enriched by early volunteering with the SA Depression and Anxiety Group, where she cultivated empathy and a human-centred design ethos. Amanda is also a certified Executive Coach to ILM Level 7.
Mike has extensive people development experience in a range of sectors, and has worked with high-profile organisations that include RBS plc, Deutsche Bank, Nationwide Building Society, Tesco Finance, and the Saga Group. Mike provides rich contextual understanding and awareness of the challenges that leaders are facing, which is critical when creating development interventions that make a genuine difference.
