media-content

This 3½hour, Team Dynamics, Climate and Culture Workshop is designed to help teams pragmatically tap into tools and approaches to identify specific individual and group take-away actions that will increase effectiveness and results. This is a highly interactive facilitated session delivered by a very experienced consultant with significant corporate experience.

Learning Objectives

1. Translate team culture into measurable business performance

  • Link psychological safety and engagement levels to tangible outcomes such as productivity, retention, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

2. Diagnose and accelerate movement to a high‑performance team

  • Assess current team maturity (e.g. forming → performing) and implement targeted interventions to increase speed, quality of decision-making, and execution.

3. Strengthen accountability and ownership to drive delivery

  • Establish clearer goals, roles, and mutual accountability to ensure consistent delivery against strategic priorities and reduce execution risk.

4. Improve decision-making quality through better communication and challenge

  • Enhance meeting effectiveness, debate, and information flow to reduce wasted executive time and improve the quality and pace of strategic decisions.

5. Build trust and psychological safety to unlock innovation and growth

  • Create an environment where senior leaders can challenge, admit mistakes, and surface risks early—enabling faster learning, innovation, and better commercial outcomes.

Implementation

Set-up: Prior to the masterclass, participants engage with a short psychological safety and engagement survey.  The survey has 12 questions and takes around 10 minutes to compelete.

Workshop: The Dynamics, Culture and Climate Masterclass itself is a half-day or 3.5 hours.  Designed to immerse participants in practical and interactive learning and guided by expert facilitators, group sessions and individual feedback to provide practical frameworks for understanding everyday behaviours, emotional responses, and potential triggers.

Next Steps: Typically team members individually reflect on explicit behavioural strengths surfaced from the psychological safety and engagment survey results during the workshop and the subsequent agreed actions to increase effectiveness. There may typically be approaches the group highly appreciate and want to amplify as well as introduce more emphasis on certain activities whilst agreeing to stop others altogether that may not add value. The group or team leader typically looks to evolve future interactions to maximise the agreed working climate.
