Skills

Choose from our pool of skills, enter your own skills and description or use a validated skills profile. Set an indication of where a behaviour might be a strength/development (these labels can also be amended).

Scale

You can also choose a scale from 5 - 10 Points and from Agreement, Frequency or 'Goldilocks' options.  

Selector

Enable participants to answer questions with a radio button or slider, plus choose the colour of the slide.

Trends

There are multiple trend pages included in the reflections 360 report, with options for displaying the highest scoring and lowest scoring question per rater group, highest and lowest scoring skill per rater group, and a behavioural rank order page ordering question items or skills from highest to lowest scoring based on rater feedback.

Implementation

Set-up & Customisation: First we work with an organisation to set up a custom 360 survey that aligns with the company brand and skills/competency model.  System emails can be tailored as well as the frequency of reminders.  

Survey can be configured in multiple languages.

Survey Launch: Individuals complete a self-assessment. Then, selected colleagues, managers, and direct reports provide feedback via a confidential survey. After which, the results are compiled into a detailed report that highlights behavioural strengths, gaps, and alignment between self and others.

Next Steps & Debrief: HR professionals, talent specialists and coaches—often with support from the Reflections 360 Certification Workshop—translate these survey results into actionable insights, development plans, and succession strategies.

Participant Experience

Participants are usually welcomed to the system by email after the initial kick‑off meeting. These system emails can be fully customised to reflect your organisation’s branding, including logos, messaging, and the frequency with which emails are sent.

The participant experience is also flexible: they can choose between light or dark mode, and the responsive design ensures the questionnaire works seamlessly on both desktop and mobile devices.

Participants can complete the survey in their preferred language, which can be configured before launch. Contact us to receive the full list of available languages.

All communications are encrypted, and APS cloud servers based in the EU securely manage data to comply with GDPR standards. This gives peace of mind to participants and organisations that Reflections 360 is confidential and protected.
