The Hogan 360 includes 50 question items and 3 open-ended questions which take around 15-20 minutes to complete. Scores and open feedback are anonymous for all non- manager groups.

Set-up: With Hogan 360, the process begins when an organisation completes the Hogan 360 setup form (which includes participant, survey information and any customisation), and submits to APS for configuration.
Survey: Invitations are automatically sent by email to everyone included in the survey. Typically the survey completion window is around 3 weeks (this can be chosen prior to launch). Reminder emails may be included to nudge late respondents. When the survey window is complete, responses are collated and anonymised before being structured into a comprehensive feedback PDF report. This report is then emailed to the sponsor or chosen recipient.
Next Steps & Debrief: HR professionals, talent specialists and coaches—often with support from the Hogan 360 Certification Workshop—translate these survey results into actionable insights and development plans.

The Hogan 360 suite is hosted on the Qualtrics platform (software as a service). Data is collected securely via the Qualtrics platform, which meets global data privacy and security standards including compliance with GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles. This gives peace of mind to participants that their feedback is confidential and protected.
Participants and raters can take the questionnaire on either desktop or mobile devices.
They can choose their preferred language for completing a survey and reports can be generated in the language of your choice.

How many raters do I need?
To ensure reliability and anonymity a minimum of 5 raters is required. For best results between 8-15 evaluators.
Is the feedback anonymous?
Yes. Feedback is aggregated for all groups (except the direct manager) to protect anonymity.
Can I customise the questions?
You cannot customise the standard 50 question items, however you can add additional items from the Hogan 360 item bank.
How long does the survey take?
The questionnaire is usually completed in 15-20 minutes.
