Set up: First we work with an organisation to set up either a self survey only, or full 360 multi-rater, with the option of a free Psychological Safety and Engagement survey. Audience communication emails can be tailored, along with the frequency of reminder requests.
Survey can be configured in multiple languages.
Run Survey: Individuals complete a self-assessment. Then, selected colleagues, managers, and direct reports provide feedback via a confidential survey. After which, the results are compiled into a detailed report that highlights behavioural strengths, gaps, and alignment between self and others.
Participant Feedback: HR professionals, talent specialists and coaches—often with support from the Business Emotional Intelligence 360 Certification Workshop—translate these survey results into actionable insights, informing recruitment decisions, development plans, and succession strategies.
