Leadership Versatility Index Certification live online
The Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) is a 360-degree multi-rater feedback tool for senior leaders and executives. It evaluates how leaders' versatility is perceived by gathering feedback on two dimensions: "How you lead" ('Enabling' versus 'Forceful'), and "What you lead" ('Strategic' versus 'Operational'). APS is an authorised distributor for the LVI.
