Team Workshop: Dynamics, Climate & Culture
Increases collaborative interactions that build trust, respect and co-creative problem solving.
Great leadership is reflected by the overall performance of the leader's team. The most productive teams are those where individuals are fully engaged with their work, trust each other to freely contribute ideas, disagree and share thinking openly.
This 3½hour practical team workshop helps teams tap into tools and approaches that create the best possible working climate quickly. It will identify specific take-away actions for individuals and the team that will lead to even better results.
This is a highly interactive facilitated session delivered by a very experienced Consultant with significant Corporate past experience.
What does the Team Workshop: Dynamics, Climate & Culture explore?
Key areas we explore with the team:
- Accelerating colleague familiarity and awareness to enhance trust, respect and team identity.
- The level of psychological safety and engagement to build openness and willingness to engage in challenging debate to create action and quality decisions.
- Principles of communication intent that enable disagreement, debate and real co-creative dialogue.
- Specific communication techniques that minimise biases, signals understanding whilst pushing to get the right result for the organisation.
This Team workshop requires completion of the on-line APS Psychological Safety and Engagement survey. Individual results are anonymised and trends are reviewed during the workshop. There are 12 questions in the survey which can be completed in under 10 minutes.
