Through practical exercises and case studies, leaders will learn how to develop and apply skills to coach direct reports effectively, address their emotional concerns, provide quality feedback, create learning from failure, and enhance their motivation and engagement.
What Does The Trusted Leader Workshop Explore?
Participants will learn:
Day 1:
- How to become a trusted leader by considering both people involved and tasks needing to be completed, thus generating high-quality results.
- How to communicate effectively and confidently in your teams, with different communication styles and provide evidence-based feedback using the STARS model.
- From application of skills in various scenarios and situations and receive feedback from your facilitator and peers.
Day 2:
- How to empower and engage your talent by understanding the impact of personality on their motivation, preferences, and behaviour.
- How to use the 5 Ps model to assess direct reports potential, performance, passion, purpose, and progress.
- To use a coaching conversation framework to structure coaching sessions which support direct reports achieve their objectives.
