General Employability
The Hogan General Employability Report uses a streamlined, brief assessment to provide a visual representation of a candidate’s basic ability to do the job. The quick snapshot measures how employable a candidate is based on their people skills, learning skills, and work ethic, along with a fit recommendation and customised interview questions.
Best for: Handling high volume recruitment in-house, for low impact roles.
Fit
The Hogan Fit Report is used for high-volume employee selection for a specific type of job. It provides a clear overall hiring recommendation and graphical display of scale and predicted performance. Prior to use, the role will be reviewed using existing validation research to create an evidence-backed scoring profile.
Best for: High volume recruitment with multiple stages.
Basis
The Basis Report can be customised to predict fit to a specific role and organisational context. The report provides a hiring recommendation, customised interview guide and systematic method for making hiring decisions. Customisation requires a research validation study as part of the setup.

Leader Basis
The Hogan Leader Basis report is designed specifically to predict leadership strengths and potential areas of weakness. It is used for a broad range of leadership roles and organisations. The report is based upon the HPI, HDS and MVPI.

Sales Basis
The Hogan Sales Basis report has been specifically designed for hiring high revenue-generating sales professionals and is used for a broad range of sales jobs and industries. The report is based upon the HPI and MVPI.

Manage
The Manage Report is designed to help managers understand how best to lead an employee. It describes how they are likely to act in various circumstances, it notes the candidate’s strengths and shortcomings, and it makes some suggestions about how to manage their careers. Based on the HPI.
Best for: Identifying techniques for managing an employee.
Career
The Career Report identifies how people will act in various business circumstances, it identifies their strengths and shortcomings and includes detailed tips to help manage their careers. Based on the HPI.
Best for: Providing developmental tips on career management.
Compass
The Compass Report outlines the occupational significance of a person’s core values and provides effective career planning information. This report clarifies a person’s values, compares these values with various occupations and cultures, and describes the kind of people with whom the person will be comfortable to work and live. Based on the MVPI.
Best for: Discovering work and life motivators for an employee.
Leadership Forecast Series
The Leadership Forecast Series (LFS) is a cost-saving report bundle which includes Potential (HPI), Challenge (HDS), Values (MVPI), Summary, Coaching and Flash.

Values

The Coaching Report is a self-guided, comprehensive development planning tool, which draws all assessment insights together in order to establish an action plan.

The Summary Report includes an executive summary drawing all assessment insights together to support the participant’s line manager to gain awareness of Hogan results.

Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI)
The HBRI is designed to assess qualitative and quantitative reasoning ability. The HBRI Report presents scores in a graphical representation, interprets the business relevance of the scores, and describes how the scores interact.

Judgement
