If you completed your Hogan Certification a while ago you might be thinking of refreshing your knowledge and brushing up your interpretation skills. The APS Hogan Refresh Workshop is delivered online by our experienced Hogan experts, designed for participants who may have completed their original training some time ago, or haven't used the tools for a while. The workshop reviews the HPI, HDS & MVPI.
Workshop Agenda
3-Hour Session
- Overview of personality 'operating system' and reviewing 'identity' vs 'reputation'.
- Interpreting MVPI main scales, sharpening interpretations using the subscales and considering unconscious biases.
- Interpreting HPI and HDS main scales and sharpening interpretations using the subscales.
- Real data case study, interpreting across all three assessments and APS feedback approach.
What will I learn?
Post-workshop you will be able to:
- Interpret main scale results.
- Reference subscale results to sharpen main scale interpretations.
- Link results across the 3 assessment tools.
- Give Hogan feedback.
