Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Work Design & Ergonomics. He is also a certified Business Psychologist with the Association for Business Psychology. Prior to joining APS as a Senior Consultant, Nick gained extensive experience developing talent in organisations ranging from SMEs to Corporations operating in various business sectors. Working in a senior development role at Xerox for many years Nick provided significant experience in relation to the dynamics between diverse people and commercial functional areas and how this ultimately translates to customer experience. As Portfolio People Director, he enabled strategic HR support through targeted development initiatives encompassing the C-suite and senior managers in the UK and Europe. Nick delivers UK Hogan Certification programmes to industry professionals alongside feeding back psychometric results to senior level participants. This may also cover other tools such as 360’s and high performing team or climate results. In addition to providing individual and team assessment insights, Nick also facilitates APS’s Masterclass pogrammes, Senior Team Development sessions both face to face and virtually through our Skills Development System. Nick’s passion to assess and build organisational talent has been a career driving force and he is a highly valued member of the APS Consulting team.
