Heather was a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Advanced People Strategies and is now enjoying her well-earned retirement. Prior to joining APS she gained significant Corporate experience at General Electric facilitating leadership programmes in the US, Canada and India. In addition to this, her experience managing a specialist development team whilst in the UK for Amazon and later 36 Corporate learning centre professionals in Canada provided both content expertise and cultural awareness to influence learning approaches and style. Heather holds a Masters degree in Workplace Learning and provided consultancy support to the Open University in the UK and authored numerous research reports. Whilst at APS Heather facilitated official Entry and Advanced level Hogan Assessments Certifications, 360 and Team Assessment tools. As lead facilitator and assessor using the APS virtual skills development system, she was heavily involved in skills focused content development and creating blended learning experiences for our global clients. She was a lead for our masterclass programmes, and provided coaching and psychometric feedback to individuals and teams of senior global leaders. Heather is known for her effective, engaging and motivational coaching style.
