Chris is the Founder and Managing Director of Advanced People Strategies. He has experience of designing and delivering assessment and development programmes from entry-level to senior and executive leaders. He holds Occupational Assessment qualifications with the British Psychological Society, supported Executive Leadership programmes and initiatives at Henley Management College. Designed for vocational management training that leads to recognised vocational qualifications. He has delivered client programmes across Europe, USA, South America and the Middle East. He has worked closely with Professor Adrian Furnham at University College London to support academic research and with Dr. Robert Hogan over the last 10 years during conference events.
