Prior to joining APS Amanda gained significant corporate experience at KPMG facilitating leadership programmes, recruitment and talent management. In addition, she provided insight through various assessments in the People, Performance and Culture space facilitating recruitment, leadership development, learning and team enrichment. More recently she has worked as a consultant managing key accounts and building client relationships providing input to leadership development initiatives and team effectiveness programmes. Amanda holds a Masters degree in Psychology and various certifications in psychometric Assessments. She facilitates Hogan Certification programmes for HR, Business Psychologists, professional Coaches and executive search business that qualifies them in the use of these world-class assessment tools. Amanda also provides coaching and psychometric feedback to individuals and teams across all levels of the organisation and facilitates Skills Pilot our online global development system for Leaders.
